Taco Chicken Wings
These wings where a great error of mine. I was making Tacos and Wings for fight night a few years back and as you might have guessed I mixed up the ingredients slightly and the error has now become my Taco Chicken Wings. Give it a try I know you will enjoy them.
Taco Chicken Wings
12 chicken wings tips cut off
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter unsalted
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup taco sauce
1/4 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
1/8 teaspoon red pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the wings into two parts. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on the wings.
Heat 2 tablespoons butter and the oil in a large heavy bottomed skillet over a medium heat. Cook the wings about half at a time until golden on both sides.
Melt the best of the butter in a 1 quart sauce pan. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Arrange the wings in a shallow baking dish and pour about half the sauce over the wings. Reserve the rest of the sauce for additional dipping sauce. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Or until the wings are hot.
Arrange on a platter with the remaining sauce in a small bowl in the center of the wings. Enjoy!
See ya’ll
