Simple Salsa

This is the simplest salsa recipe I know. It only has 5 ingredients and takes only about 10 minutes to make. It will keep in the fridge for 2 days, if you are lucky enough to have any left over.

Simple Salsa

6 plum tomatoes seeded chopped

1 medium onion chopped

2 jalapenos seeded and chopped

1 bunch cilantro or parsley ( depending on your taste ) chopped

1 lemon juiced or 1 lime juiced (either can be used)

1 green or red pepper chopped

salt and pepper to taste

You can either chop the vegetables by hand or put into a blender or a food processor and process till chopped. Pour into a bowl and serve with tortilla chips or your favorite chip.
