Pork Chops with Orange Curry Sauce

This is a really quick meal to prepare. It usually only takes around 30 to 40 minutes to prepare. It is simple yet quite delicious. Give it a try and let me know what ya’ll think.

Pork Chops with Orange Curry Sauce:

1 pound center cut boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick

1/3 cup orange marmalade

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1/8 teaspoon ginger

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

2 teaspoons olive oil

Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle chops with the salt and pepper. In a large skillet, over a medium heat, heat the olive oil. Saute the chops for 4 minutes on each side until both sides are a light golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Add to the skillet, coat the chops with the sauce.Reduce the heat to low and cook for about 20 minutes or until chops are cooked.

I usually serve mine with Jasmine rice and a nice tossed salad.
