Holy Moly It’s Guacamole

Tim thought he did not like avocados till he realized avocados were what Guacamole was made out of. He still doesn’t like eating plain avocado but he likes Guacamole.

Guacamole:

4 tomatoes,peeled,seeded, and chopped

3 green chili’s, seeded and chopped

1 small onion grated

1 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

juice of one lime or 1 lemon whichever you prefer

Peel, pit,and mash the avocado. Mix with the tomatoes, chilies, and onion. Season with the salt and pepper.Squeeze lime/lemon juice over the top to keep it from browning.

Give this dip a try and let me know what ya’ll think.
