Backyard Barbequed Ribs

This is a great recipe for a backyard cookout. So go get some ribs, charcoal, and call your family and friends. Have a great time. Toss some horseshoes, play some games from your childhood. Don’t forget the water balloons. Just have a plain old good time.

Backyard Barbequed Ribs:

1and 1/2 cups your favorite Barbeque sauce

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp. dark brown sugar

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp your favorite hot sauce

4 pounds beef ribs

2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine the barbeque sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and hot sauce in a large bowl. Stir well to combine. Place the ribs in a large shallow dish sprinkle with the cayenne pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs. Cover. Chill for 3 or more hours turning the ribs once while they are chilling.

Remove the ribs from the marinade. Boil the marinade for 15 minutes. Grill the ribs on a cover grill on indirect heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Basting every 20 – 30 minutes with the boiled marinade.
