Quick Lemon Pie

This is the quickest way I know to make a Lemon Pie. It is great to make when unexpected guest show up. Give this a try.

WORLD’S QUICKEST LEMON PIE:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can lemonade frozen concentrate

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 large container Whip topping

1 teaspoon lemon zest
Graham-cracker pie crust

Mix sweetened condensed milk, frozen lemonade,lemon zest and Whip topping together, and pour into graham-cracker crust . Garnish with additional Whip topping if you desire. Chill for 2 hours. Leftovers should be refrigerated. If you choose to cover with addition whipped topping add another teaspoon of lemon zest to the topping mix well,prior to spreading it on top of the pie. Chill and enjoy.

Five Minute Pudding Pie

This is a pie that I made the other night as I had unexpected guest stop by.All I had on hand was Whipped cream,a box of pistachio pudding, some vanilla and a can of sweetened condensed milk,and a graham cracker pie crust.

Pudding Pie:

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 box instant pudding any flavor

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tub whipped cream

1 graham cracker pie crust

Combine the pudding and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well. Add vanilla and mix well. Fold in the whipped cream. Combine till smooth. Pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy.

Give it a try and it is fabulous and OH so simple. It takes barely 5 minutes to prepare.

Georgia Speciality Whipped Pecan Pie

This is a pie I learned at an early age.It is one of my favorite Pecan Pies.

Whipped Pecan Pie

1 4 oz. package butterscotch pudding

1 1/2 cups whole milk

1 envelope Dream Whip prepared

3/4 cups pecans chopped

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 8 inch baked pie shell

8 pecan halves

Beat the pudding with the milk for 1 minute on low speed with a hand mixer. Add the chopped pecans. Reserve 1/2 cup of the whipped topping and gently fold in the remaining whipped topping into the pudding. Spoon into the pie shell. Top with the reserved whip topping and pecan halves. Chill for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
