16 oz. can Italian diced tomatoes

This is my take on a dry rub for BBQ Ribs. I hope ya’ll enjoy it.
Patti’s Memphis Style BBQ Dry Rub:
4 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoons cayenne
1 teaspoon celery salt
Mix ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Spread evenly on prepared ribs that have been patted dry and let sit until the rub appears moist. Then slow grill till the ribs are fall of the bone tender over indirect heat or in a very low heat oven.

This is a recipe I came up with because of Tim’s Diabetes. He seems to enjoy it and has not realized it is made with Splenda. So if someone in your family is diabetic give it a try. I bet they won’t even notice it is practically sugar free.Let me hear from ya’ll if you try this and I will post more sugar free recipes that I have created.
Sugar Free Barbeque Sauce:
2 quarts cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup ground black pepper
1 onion chopped
1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
Combine vinegar, SPLENDA, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, onion, red pepper, salt and pepper in a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer till onions and peppers are soft. Remove from the heat and let cool. Place in food processor and process till smooth.
Hope to hear from ya’ll soon.
See ya’ll soon.
